Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a service appointment with Time Appliance Repair, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the repair services provided at your home or business in the Charlotte, NC area.

2. Service Estimates

We provide written estimates before beginning any repair work. Estimates are based on our technician's diagnosis and may include parts, labor, and any applicable fees. You must approve the estimate before work proceeds. Final charges may differ if additional issues are discovered during repair, and we will notify you before proceeding.

3. Warranty

All repairs are covered by our 90-day warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers the specific components repaired. It does not cover new failures unrelated to the original repair, damage from misuse, or pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original repair.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and check. Diagnostic fees are charged for service calls and are applied toward the repair cost if repair is approved.

5. Cancellations

Please provide at least 2 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

Time Appliance Repair's liability is limited to the cost of the original repair. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages, including food spoilage or loss of use.
