Yes. Every repair comes with our 90-day warranty on both parts and labor. If the same issue returns within 90 days, we come back and fix it at no charge. No questions asked.

The warranty covers the specific repair performed — both the parts installed and the labor. If the same problem recurs due to our repair within 90 days, we return for free. It does not cover new, unrelated issues that develop after the repair.

We use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or equivalent-quality parts for all repairs. For luxury brands like Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Thermador, we prioritize genuine OEM parts to ensure proper fit and longevity.

A good rule of thumb: if the repair cost is less than 50% of the appliance's replacement value and the appliance is less than 10 years old, repair is usually the smarter financial choice. Our technician will give you an honest recommendation — we won't push an unnecessary repair.

If we diagnose your appliance and determine repair isn't cost-effective, we'll tell you honestly. You only pay the diagnostic fee — not for repairs we didn't perform. We can also advise on replacement options.
